Embodying Centering Prayer

The Christian experience of awakening and of unity consciousness is a true Oneness that involves the full participation of our humanity, body, soul and spirit. While Centering Prayer may be our core daily practice, when we bring alongside the practice of Lectio Divina and the Welcome Prayer, we see that it is a way of life that brings us fully into contact with ourselves, the world around us and the divine source that unites all. Suitable for those who are familiar with Centering Prayer and wish to explore the Welcome Practice and Lectio Divina.

Arrive on Monday in time for supper at 6pm and leave by 4pm on Friday.
