Festival of Prayer
A day to explore different aspects of spirituality and prayer. This festival is put on at Ripon College near Oxford by the Diocese of Oxford with the BRF. There will be a keynote speech and a series of workshops. Our own Claire Carruthers will give an hour-long workshop on Centering Prayer twice during the day, at 1:30pm and 3:00pm. Led by Jill Benet and Brenda Bayne. This retreat is an experience of integrating contemplation and action through silence, solitude and community. Recommended for those who have attended an Introductory Workshop and who have been practising Centering Prayer for at least six months.
