You are invited to an introduction to the Christian contemplative practice of Centering Prayer as taught by Father Thomas Keating OCSO. You will learn the method, have an opportunity to practise in a group situation and ask questions. The presentation will be from 10:30am to 3:30pm.
Refreshments provided, please bring a packed lunch.
Suggested donation: £ 5.00.
The Prayer Centre is on the first floor at Nazareth House.
