An Introduction to the Practice of Centering Prayer

A workshop introducing the basic principles of Centering Prayer with a detailed explanation of the method and opportunities to practice.
All are welcome, whether you are completely new to this practice, or if you want to refresh your practice as well as spend time with others interested in the contemplative dimension of Christianity.
