Contemplative Community Day

We need each other's support. This day is designed to nurture the sense of community in Contemplative practice whether you are a beginner or someone who has been practising for some time.
The programme will include:
Sharing our experience.
Meeting the challenges we face in sustaining our practice.
What resources are available.
What training is available.
How we set up a group and run introductory sessions.
How to sustain an existing group.
Online communities - how we can pray with someone in another part of London, the UK or on the other side of the world from your own home? It's much easier than you think.
Meet others who are interested in Centering Prayer who may well live nearer you than you know.
Your help in creating a vision for London - How would you like to see Centering Prayer grow in London?
Refreshments will be provided but please bring a packed lunch.
Cost: FREE. We would be glad of a donation but it's your presence we would really love. Please advise Chantelle Dusette that you intend to come.
The Prayer Centre is a short walk from Hammersmith underground station and several buses stop outside. Parking is available but please let us know in advance if you would like to park.
