Sometimes called “consent on the go” the Welcome Prayer, as described by
Rev Dr. Cynthia Bourgeault, “is a powerful path for connecting the inner
consent of Centering Prayer with the outer requirement of unconditional
presence in daily life”. We will introduce the method of the Welcome Prayer
as well as have additional time to practise. There will also be extended
periods of Centering Prayer and Silence.
